Our company, based on the characteristics of raw materials, has collaborated with renowned production equipment design companies to develop production equipment that is more suitable for our raw materials. In addition, during the production process, we strictly control the quality from the planting of raw materials. To produce high-quality products, the annual capital investment exceeds 2 million RMB.
2. Can you elaborate on your company's sustainability practices, such as eco-friendly packaging and sourcing ingredients from responsible suppliers?
Our packaging materials need to be customized according to the customer's requirements. However, when we purchase outer packaging, we tend to choose environmentally friendly companies. In terms of raw materials, we have our own planting base. During the planting process, we adopt drip irrigation, which is more water-saving. During transportation, recyclable polyester fiber bulk bags are used.
3. How do you handle customer feedback and continuous improvement in your product offerings? Do you have a dedicated team for this purpose?
We have a 24-hour after-sales service team. The team members are composed of staff from the raw material preparation department, the production department and the sales department. After customers raise after-sales issues, we can respond quickly and trace the source in a timely manner.
4. In terms of international expansion, which markets are you currently targeting, and what strategies are you implementing to penetrate these markets successfully?
At present, our main markets are composed of European and American countries such as Spain, Germany and the United States. And it is gradually entering Dubai, Saudi Arabia and some countries in Southeast Asia. To better integrate into these markets, we participate in comprehensive food exhibitions in various countries and regions every year.
